Senior Account Manager

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager with experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns to join our team of science marketers. At BioStrata, you’ll help clients achieve inspiring results by planning and managing integrated programmes that include content creation, social media, digital marketing, PR and more (all delivered with the help of our specialist execution teams).

I don’t meet the specifications for the current advertised roles, can I still apply?

Yes, if you don’t quite meet the specifications for any of our advertised roles but are passionate, smart, ambitious, willing to learn quickly and have proven expertise honed working in a marketing agency, then we’d still like to hear from you, so please do apply here!

Do you offer remote/flexible working?

Yes, we’re currently operating a hybrid working model enabling home and office-based working. We have an open view on flexible working (something that everyone across the team deemed important). We have members of the team who live locally to our main offices in Cambridge UK, as well as teammates living across the UK and abroad.

What personal and professional development do you offer?

We’re dedicated to our values and “Live to Learn” is one of them and something we believe is paramount to the success of our people and the team.

Every member of the team has a documented personal development plan, reviewed and revised quarterly to ensure each person is developing how they want to (based on goals that they set for themselves).

Our proven talent development process includes access to a wide range of written, audio and video training materials, as well as a dedicated training budget for external courses and events. We offer four paid days off to study and develop your knowledge, as well as two optional paid days out of the office to volunteer.

What does your pay package include?

We aim to look after the team by maintaining above industry average salaries. We also want to reward the team for their hard work by offering a generous annual performance-based bonus scheme. Our annual bonus scheme consists of up to 12% of salary based on personal performance (as well as 3% of salary based on the business’s annual profit performance). These payments are made at the end of October each year in line with the end of our financial year. Each year we provide team members with Total Reward Statements as a reminder of all the benefits they can access.

What is the company’s holiday allowance?

Our holiday scheme includes 25 days of annual leave plus all bank/public holidays and an extra day on Christmas Eve for family time. After 3 years of service, you will accrue a day per year up to 28 days.

How does the company operate?

We hold quarterly company meetings that cover all of this and allow everyone to ask questions along the way. We also run structured weekly team meetings that include dedicated time for solving any issues or barriers to completing projects and goals. We also take a pulse once a week to see how each team member is feeling (so that we can help, as/if required).
