World-class work

We deliver integrated marketing and PR programmes for life science companies that get results.

Our account teams work with our clients to set their marketing and communications strategy. We then collaborate with them on execution through our writing, design and development teams, across a variety of tactics and channels.

Most of our clients work with us for many years (and in some cases, take us with them if they move to a new company). We can’t think of a stronger endorsement of the quality of the service we deliver.

Open, honest and empowering

We’ve developed an “Agency Operating System” that is clearly structured, open and transparent, ensuring everyone is in the loop about where we are, where we are going and how we plan to get there.

We hold regular weekly meetings where everyone is encouraged and empowered to help solve our common challenges and improve the way we work to get the best results. We think you’ll be surprised (and genuinely delighted) at how our approach really does create a dynamic, rewarding environment, where people genuinely enjoy working together.

I don’t meet the specifications for the current advertised roles, can I still apply?

Do you offer remote/flexible working?

Yes, we’re currently operating a hybrid working model enabling home and office-based working. We have an open view on flexible working (something that everyone across the team deemed important). What is the team culture like?

We believe what makes our culture unique is that we all live and breathe the same core values. We've devised a business model that helps us deliver a win-win-win for the members of our team, our clients and the wider world. We call this model the 3Ps: People, Purpose and Profit (in that order), watch the video to learn more

We hold quarterly company meetings that cover all of this and allow everyone to ask questions along the way. We also run structured weekly team meetings that include dedicated time for solving any issues or barriers to completing projects and goals. We also take a pulse once a week to see how each team member is feeling (so that we can help, as/if required).

We aim to do everything we can to help elevate the team to where they want to be.

What physical and mental well-being support do you offer?
