We respond quickly to new applications, communicate frequently and do everything we can to ensure you have a stress-free experience. Here's what our recruitment process looks like.
Review the roles we have available and submit your application via our website, including an up-to-date copy of your CV and cover letter. We'll then review it against the role requirements.
If your previous experience is a good fit for the role, we'll invite you to a first-stage interview. The goal here is for us to get to know each other better and explore if BioStrata can help you unleash your full potential.
Next, we'll invite you to a skills-based interview to learn more about your experience and explore if there if there is a good fit for all parties. In some cases, we may ask you to create a short presentation or take a writing test (depending on the role you applied for).
In many cases, we'll invite final stage candidates to meet some of the team, either over an in-person lunch or via a virtual meeting. This is not an interview. It's a chance for you to hang out with the team and for everyone to get to know each other better.
In the final stage, we'll make a formal written offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
If you like what you see but would like to find out more before applying, schedule an informal chat with a member of our team, they'd love to speak with you and give you the inside scoop on what it's like working at BioStrata.
