How BioStrata is supporting its clients and the life science community during the COVID-19 outbreak

20 March 2020| by BioStrata Team

At BioStrata, we appreciate this is an unsettling and troubling time for everyone and wanted to reach out and reassure all of our clients that our commitment to client projects remains as strong as ever. Please see our company statement below for more information.

Our operational set up and commitment to excellence and continuous client service

A decision was made that, as of the 16th of March, all BioStrata employees were to work remotely, in order to minimise the chance of members of our team falling ill and to act responsibly as it relates to managing community infection. Due to the nature of our work and the systems and processes we already have in place, remote working has, and will continue to have, minimal impact on client work and deliverables.

The days, weeks and months ahead are sure to be challenging for us all and we will aim to keep our clients updated as the situation progresses. However, we are confident in our ability to operate as closely to "business as usual" as is possible at this difficult time. If you have any concerns or feel the change in conditions and/or environment may lead to any downstream issues, then do not hesitate to get in touch and we would be happy to discuss different methods and systems we can put in place to account for this.

We're dedicated to supporting our incredible community

We understand that while juggling the wider impact of COVID-19, marketing and sales teams will be expected to work as effectively as they can so that their businesses will be in a strong position to drive forward as soon as these difficult times have ended.

This will be challenging, as many of the tried and tested tactics that we have come to rely on, such as trade shows, in-person sales meetings, product demos etc. are simply not possible during times of social isolation.

Instead, we'll need to rely on remote, digital tools more than ever before to effectively reach, engage, support and inspire our prospects and customers.

It will also become important to rethink any outward-facing messaging in light of the difficulties our prospects are facing on a daily basis, to ensure it is relevant, supportive and in good taste. Many companies have proactively reset business priorities, reassigned facilities and capabilities to support in the fight against COVID-19 and have a new business focus and position to work to, which marketing teams will need to align with.

How can we help you?

We want to help where we can, so the BioStrata team has been hard at work crafting a set of marketing & sales strategies, tactics and processes that could help you and your team through this difficult and uncertain time. If this is of interest then we'd love to share them with you.

Our industry veterans are also here for you to bounce your ideas off of, gather feedback and generally get things off your chest.

Therefore, we'd love to invite you to book an hour of time with one of our senior leaders to help plot your course forward. This offer is open to everyone (not just existing clients) and is completely free. To be clear, the advice we will provide will not be dependent on utilising BioStrata's services (the last thing you need is to be sold to right now, and we know that) – it will be tips and tricks that you and your team can use to make your lives and jobs as easy and productive as possible over the coming months.

To request your call, simply provide a few details using the form on this page and we'll get right back to you to get something booked in.

From all of us at BioStrata, we hope you and your family stay healthy and safe – and again, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone, email or our contact us page (or your account team directly if you are an existing client) if you have any concerns or questions, we'd be very happy to help.
